Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing at IoFconvention@institute-of-fundraising.org.uk before 5pm on Friday 31st May 2013 will receive a refund of 50% of the total fee. No refunds will be issued after this date, however the VALUE of a booking can be credited to a nominated alternative attendee at any time before Convention by advising us in writing at IoFconvention@institute-of-fundraising.org.uk and paying any difference to the fee.
Please note that any discounts will no longer apply unless also applicable to the nominated alternative attendee and/or still applicable at the time of substitution and that there are no refunds for cancellations received after 31st May 2013.
 
Badges
Any lost badges will not be replaced.
Entry into sessions will not be possible without a valid badge being scanned.
Any attendees found using a badge that doesn't belong to them risk the badge being confiscated.

Discounted Individual Membership
If you take up the offer of discounted individual membership, you will be asked to complete the membership application process, which includes providing contact details of a referee who agrees that you will abide by the IoF Codes of Practice. Please note that your IoF membership will not become active until we receive your reference. If you cancel your booking for Convention, the fee paid for discounted membership will also be reimbursed (in line with the cancellation policy above) and we will contact you regarding your membership status.

Concessionary Status
If you have booked using the unemployed/full time student rate you must provide acceptable proof of concessionary status, as described on the Individual booking form, by 31st May 2013 to IoFConvention@institute-of-fundraising.org.uk. Failing this, you will need to pay the difference before arriving at Convention to gain entry, or your booking will be automatically cancelled and the above cancellation policy will apply.
 
Amendments to Registrations
All changes must be confirmed in writing by midday on 28th June 2013 to iofconvention@institute-of-fundraising.org.uk
No changes will be accepted on site ie. during Convention.
 
Convention Joining Instructions
Joining instructions will be sent out approximately 3 weeks before the event via email to the email address provided at the time of booking.
 
Session Availability
All sessions are available strictly on a first come, first served basis. Delegates are advised to arrive early for their chosen sessions in order to avoid disappointment. The programme may change due to unforeseen circumstances. The Institute of Fundraising reserves the right to alter the venue, speakers and sessions.
 
Photography and filming
 This event will be officially photographed and filmed. Your image may appear on future publications from the photos taken at Convention. By entering the event venue you implicitly authorise the potential use of your picture in such publications.
