"Seriously Funny" Comedy Evening brought to you by

tangible

Finish the Convention in style, by watching some top quality stand-up and sharing a laugh with your colleagues

The Funny Awards

In the first part of the evening, Nick Thomas and friends help us celebrate the fun that can be had in such a serious and important sector.

Fundraising is a serious business but that doesn't mean there can't be a little fun along the way. At this year's IOF Convention we want to celebrate the lighter side. If you have any amusing anecdotes, hilarious cock ups or funny faux pas that have happened in the act of raising money for a good cause then please send them to nick.thomas@tangible.uk.com and we'll reward the best with a coveted 'funny award'.

Hilarious Stand-Up

The final event of the day is one not-to-be-missed. The award winning comedian, Karen Bayley has now been confirmed for this slot. Karen began her comedy career back in 2000 and since then has gone from strength to strength.Karen is also resident compere of her own clubs in Sutton Coldfield and Solihull, her claim to fame to date being the first woman (in its history) to win the gong show at The Comedy Store.

She is a top class comedian but don't just take our word for it, here's what others have to say about her:

"Bayley surprises with inspired and sparkling punchlines...with comic timing that is rarely less than brilliant." Steve Bennett, Chortle UK

"I saw her recently and she blew my socks off. " BBC Tees Online.

"A very good act" Jasper Carrott.

"Sparkling form" Last Laugh, The Lescar,Sheffield
