Where can I locate the presentations from the sessions I attended at Convention 2014?
Presentations will be available for a limited period from the 2014 Presentations and Audio pages on this website, where provided by the speakers. You will have received a password to access these in your joining instructions. If you are unable to locate your password, please contact us via IoFconvention@institute-of-fundraising.org.uk and we will resend it to you.

Can I access the presentations if I did not attend Convention?
If you were unable to attend National Convention 2014, we are offering you the chance to purchase the presentations and audio recordings (where available) from the 120 sessions. The cost of this is 199 plus VAT.

I registered to attend Convention, but did not make it. Can I have a refund?
No.
Our cancellation policy clearly states that cancellations received by email to iofconvention@institute-of-fundraising.org.uk before 5th June 2014 will receive a refund of 50% of the total fee or we would have enabled you to transfer the value of your booking to a colleague at any time, so that they could attend instead. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
I left something at the venue. How can I get it back?

We cannot be held responsible for the loss of any personal items at Convention. However, items of lost property may have been handed in, so please contact the events team in the first instance via iofconvention@institute-of-fundraising.org.uk

When will bookings open for Convention 2015?
The programme for Convention 2015 will be published and bookings will open in January 2015.

I would like to speak at Convention 2015. How can I do this?

I would like to volunteer at Convention 2015. How can I do this?
Volunteering at Convention is a great opportunity for fundraisers of all levels, giving you the chance to attend all three days free of charge and network with 2,000 fundraisers from around the globe.

To apply to join Convention 2015 as a volunteer, please visit this website in January 2015.

I would like to exhibit at Convention 2015. How can I do this?
Exhibiting at Convention is a great way to reach up to 2,500 fundraisers in one go. Access to the expo is free to all delegates. It provides them with the opportunity to find out about the sector's top products and services and to seek advice on how to improve their fundraising function. Lunch and refreshments will be served in this area.
